Partial Planning Coordination

This package is designed for the client that wants to plan their own wedding but does not have all of the tools or time required for getting the job done.  We’re here to get you to the finish line! We can assist with vendor recommendations, venue layout, planning logistics, setting a budget, building a timeline, attending vendor meetings and taking the stress out of planning so that you are able to enjoy the process! 

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Guidance on wedding etiquette
  • Bi-weekly contact with Wedding Coordinator
  • Monthly Check-In’s
  • Assistance with Venue Research and Coordination
  • Assistance with Vision for Event Design and Implementation
  • Vendor Recommendations 
  • Attend final meetings with select vendors (as needed)
  • Full communication with vendor’s 2-months prior to wedding 
  • Organization of all vendor schedules
  • Venue walk-through
  • Bride and Groom Assistance Organization
  • Assistance with Bridal Party Coordination
  • Day-Of Timeline Development
  • 1.5-hour assistance at rehearsal
  • 1-Assistant Coordinator on wedding day
  • Magement of Set up/Break down of event
  • Ceremony and Reception management
  • Distribution of vendor gratuities and final payments

If your wedding consists of the following there is an extra charge, as we will require an additional assistant for your event: 

  • Guest Count over 100
  • Signage Production
  • Ceremony and Reception are in two different locations
  • Event is at an estate/private residence
  • Timeframe for head coordinator will exceed 10 hours on the day of the wedding.
